From resin to your loading dock.
Six steps on one factory floor, with checks before anything is packed. Here is what happens to your order.
Raw material
Certified biodegradable resin is checked and fed into the line as the base compound.
Film extrusion
The compound is melted and blown into a tube of film, then wound into rolls at the width you need.
Cutting and sealing
Rolls are cut and sealed automatically into the bag format your order needs.
Handles and print
Handles, perforations and your artwork are added to the finished spec.
Quality check
Seal strength, thickness and print are checked in-house before anything is packed.
Dispatch
Finished material is packed and shipped to your schedule.

Questions buyers ask.
Is biodegradable the same as compostable?
No. Biodegradable means microbes can break the material down over time, but speed and conditions vary. Compostable means it breaks down within a set time under composting conditions and meets a recognised standard. Ask for the certificate for the product you are buying.
Do the bags need industrial composting?
Certified compostable products are tested under industrial composting conditions. Check the certificate and test report for the exact conditions that apply to your product.
Can they hold wet or heavy waste?
We choose the film thickness for your load. Tell us what the bag will carry and test a sample before you place a bulk order.
How should I store them?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun and heat, and use stock in rotation. We can share storage guidance for your product with the quote.
Can I get my own print and size?
Yes. Send your artwork, size and quantity and we will confirm what is possible and share a sample before production.
